TIRED--ADJECTIVE: IN NEED OF SLEEP OR REST; WEARY
----------
All the boxes are unpacked or put away for now. Thank goodness for that! But, after finishing them I was so tired I couldn't even eat dinner. I took one look at my soft, comfy bed and flopped in! There I stayed pretty much until this evening. Only got up a couple of times for ice cream. I really seem to be good at my new decadent lifestyle!
Now I'm craving a peanut butter sandwich and then I'm heading back to bed with a pile of decorating magazines. Mr. Tibbles meant well when he said I could paint the cottage whatever way I'd like to, but little did he know what a Pandora's box of choices he was opening up for me. But really, what fun decisions to be faced with!
Ahh, My Bed!

BLISS--NOUN: PERFECT HAPPINESS; A FEELING OF INTENSE PLEASURE, A STATE OF UTTER JOY AND CONTENTMENT
----------
Funny how Mom, Mother, Penelope--whatever she's calling herself these days, the crazy woman who I love madly in spite of all her eccentricities, and Robin can't picture me liking it here after all those years in NYC. But, I bet once each of them stay with me here for a week they'll understand exactly why I like it here!!
And, I'm so excited because that's exactly what Robin intends to do! She's coming for a few days early next month and Dan's going to watch Emma and Matthew for her. I miss her already and can't wait to see her. Dan's a doll for keeping the kids so Robin and I can have a real sister's gabfest and lots of laying on the beach together!
Speaking of the beach, that's exactly where I'm headed to now. Ah, bliss......
Never mind Manhattan, business suits and subways. I intend to wear nothing but bathing suits and travel in bare feet for a good long time to come. :-)
At The Beach
This is fun. I started with the first post and have read up to this one so far. I have to say you've done a marvelous job of painting Lili.
